Carrot Pudding Delights

 
Ingredients
600g carrot (Blended)
250g sugar
250ml hot water
100g currant (dried grapes)
20g or 1 sachet unflavoured Halal gelatine powder
2 liter water
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon food colouring.


Instructions
  • Boil the water, Add the blended carrot. Let it boiled till the water left half of the origin.
  • Put the sugar and cook till dissolved
  • Add the currant and salt. Stir briskly.
  • Add Halal gelatine to hot water, stir briskly until completely dissolved
  • Pour the gelatine into the carrot mixture and add food colouring.
  • Stir well, left to boiled.
  • Pour into the mould and set to cool.
  • Refrigerate until firm
