Mix Fruits in Chocolate Pie
Ingredients A
1 piece of sweet pastry
2 cup of fresh milk, 100g and 20g
25g cooking chocolates (Melted)
1 egg - yellow
10g sugar
¾ sachet unflavoured Halal gelatine powder
Ingredients B
½ tablespoon of corn flour
½ tablespoon of Cocoa powder
Ingredients C
1 egg – white
20g sugar
Instructions
- Ingredients C, whip the white egg
with sugar until swells, put aside.
- Ingredients B, Mix the corn flour
and cocoa powder well. Set aside
- Ingredients A, Grind the sweet
pastry with yellow eggs and 100g fresh milk, shape it in the mould and put in
the oven for 20 mins at 180 celsius
- After cooked, left it to cool.
- Heat the cooking chocolate to melt it. Set aside
- Heat the 20g fresh milk till boiled and pour the chocolate, add B the corn flour and cocoa powder, stir
and mix well.
- Heat it up again, use ‘double boiler’ method till thick and
sticky.
- Add Halal gelatine that already dissolved
in the mould and stir again.
- When sticky enough, add C
mix well.
- Pour it into the sweet pastry, Refrigerate until firm
- Blend together the slices of mix fruits before serve.
