Rainbow Pudding
Ingredients
250ml coconut milk
2 cup of water
150g icing sugar
25g unflavoured Halal gelatine
powder
Cereal
Food colouring Yellow, red and blue
Instructions
- Add Halal gelatine
to hot water, cook and stir briskly until completely dissolved, Set aside to cool.
- Take half of the
dissolved gelatine mix it with the coconut milk, stir well
- Another half is divide into three parts and
put different food colouring to each of it.
- Pour half of the mixture with yellow colour,
add cereal just enough.
- When it’s frozen, pour the coconut milk
mixture 1/3 of the part. Set to cool
- When frozen, pour one by one the rest of the
mixture in the same process.
- Finally, add yellow mixture with the cereal.
- Refrigerate until firm
