(Menggunakan Gelatin Halal)

"Tidak lengkap hidangan tanpa pencuci mulut. Puding adalah salah satu pencuci mulut pilihan anda, kan? Saya harap resepi menggunakan gelatin halal ini mungkin boleh dijadikan panduan untuk anda membuat sendiri puding pilihan dan kegemaran keluarga anda"

- RESEPI 1 -

Puding_Kastard
Puding Kastard

BAHAN JELI :
  • 1 paket serbuk gelatin halal (50g)
  • 1 liter air panas
  • 1/4 cawan gula
  • Perwarna & perasa
CARA :
Masukkan serbuk gelatin halal ke dalam air yang telah dipanaskan. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan gula.Tuang ke dalam bekas yang bersesuaian. Letak sedikit pewarna & perasa yang dikehendaki .Biarkan sejuk dan keras di dalam peti ais.


BAHAN PUDING :

  • 1 cawan air
  • ½ tin susu cair
  • 1 sudu tepung jagung
  • ½ cawan gula
  • 1 tin buah cocktail
CARA :
Masak kesemua bahan di atas api perlahan. Biar mendidih. Angkat dan sejukkan. Kemudian tuang ke atas jeli yang sudah keras. Tabur buah cocktail  mengikut citarasa.

Puding Laici
Jeli Buah Laici

BAHAN:
  • 1 paket serbuk gelatin halal (50g)
  • 1 tin laici (asingkan airnya, buah laici dihiris nipis)
  • ½ cawan gula
  • Pewarna & perasa
  • 1 liter air 
CARA:
Didihkan air di dalam periuk. Masukkan serbuk gelatin halal dan kacau hingga larut. Kemudian, masukkan gula. Angkat & sejukkan. Masukkan pewarna & perasa yang dikehendak.i Masukkan air laici yang telah diasingkan tadi.

Kemudian tuang ke dalam acuan yang telah disejukkan terlebih dahulu. Taburkan hirisan laici tadi. Kacau sedikit supaya hirisan tidak terkumpul disatu tempat sahaja. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais.

     Jeli Susu soya
Puding Susu Soya

Ingredients
1 sachets of Halal gelatine powder (6 teaspoons)
½ cup hot water 
2 ½ cups approx. Flavoured Soya milk
 
Instructions
  • Add Halal gelatine to hot water and stir briskly with a fork until dissolve.
  • Combine the dissolved gelatine with flavoured soya milk.
  • Stir well. Pour into small cups mold.
  • Refrigerate until set
  • You can always find a unique shape or a love shape plastic case and make a nice love shape jelly.
  • Refrigerate until set.

- RESEPI 4 -

Puding Pisang
Puding Pisang Manis

Ingredients A
500ml fresh milk
150g sugar
20g unflavoured Halal gelatine powder (1sachet)

Ingredients B
4 pieces of Banana (boil and mesh)
100g custard flour
200ml fresh milk
250ml coconut milk

Instructions
  • Heat the fresh milk with Halal gelatine and together with sugar.
  • Stir briskly with a fork until dissolved and boiled.
  • Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients B into a big bowl. Mesh and press the banana again and blend it all together fairly.
  • Put in the ingredients B into ingredients A.
  • Heat it up a little, stir briskly until dissolved, allow to cool.
  • When ready, lift it up and pour in a nice container.
  • Refrigerate until firm.

Puding Mangga
Puding Jus Mangga

Ingredients
500g unflavoured Halal gelatine powder
1 liter hot water
1 liter mango juice
 
Instructions
  • Add Halal gelatine to hot water, stir briskly until dissolved, allow to cool. 
  • Add the mango juice
  • Refrigerate until firm
  • Decorate with the whipped cream

Yam Blueberry Delights

 
Ingredients A
200g Yam (Boiled and mashed)
200g Blueberry puree
500ml whipped cream
20g or 1 sachet unflavoured Halal gelatine powder
200g icing sugar.

Instructions
  • Beat the icing sugar and whipped cream until swells
  • Add blueberry puree and yam, stir well
  • Add Halal gelatine to hot water, stir briskly until completely dissolved
  • Pour the melted gelatine into the earlier mixture
  • Stir all together, double well.
  • Pour the mixture into the mould according to your taste of shape
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or more.
  • Ready to serve.

Chocolate Piece Cheesecake

Biscuite Base

250g sweet biscuits, crushed
125g butter or cooking margarine, melted

Combine biscuit crumb and melted butter. Using the back of the spoon, press into a 22cm pie dish or springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled

Filling
3 teaspoons or 1 sachet Halal gelatin
125ml (½ cup) hot water
250g cream cheese
125ml (½ cup) fresh lemon juice
1 x 400g  can sweetened condensed milk
300ml (1 ¼  cup) thickened cream
60g dark chocolate, grated
60g dark chocolate, extra or 60g choc bits
 

Instructions
  • Add Halal gelatin to hot water, stirring briskly with a fork until dissolved. Allow to cool.
  • Using an electric beater or blender, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice and beat again.
  • Combine the condensed milk with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in the gelatine solution making sure it is well combined
  • Whip the  thickened cream (retaining ½ cup for decoration if desired)
  • Fold into the mixture with the grated chocolate
  • Pour into the prepared,chilled biscuit base. Refrigerate.
  • WHEN FIRM, decorate with the remainder of cream and chocolate pieces.
Serve : 8 to 10.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
20g or 1 sachet unflavoured Halal gelatine powder
1 can evaporated low-fat milk
1 egg - white
1 egg
2½ cups skim milk
2 teaspoons halal vanilla essence
1½ ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Some food coloring


Instructions
  • In a large saucepan stir together the sugar and Halal gelatine powder.
  • Stir in evaporated milk.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar and gelatine dissolve and mixture almost boils.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl slightly beat the egg white and egg.
  • Stir about 1/2 cup of the hot gelatine mixture into the egg mixture; return all to saucepan.
  • Cook and stir over low heat for 2 minutes more.
  • Do not boil.
  • Stir in the skim milk and vanilla.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • If mixture isn't smooth, strain mixture.
  • If desired, stir food colouring into mixture.
  • Stir in chopped chocolate.
  • Freeze mixture in a 4- or 5-quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. 
serve : 5 - 7
